We are pleased to announce the commencement of the Alumni Association Election 2025 to select the new office bearers for the upcoming term.

An Election Committee has been formed to ensure a transparent and fair election process.

Election Schedule Summary:

Releasing criteria, Roles and Responsibilities for position: 8th Oct 2025

Nomination Period: 9-12 Oct 2025 till 7:00 PM

Nominations Scrutiny: 12 Oct 2025 till 11:59 PM

Publication of valid nominations: 13 Oct 2025 till 12:00 PM (Candidates are allowed to withdraw before EOD 13 Oct)

Campaign Period: 13 - 19 Oct 2025

Online Voting: 18-19 Oct 2025 till 7:00 PM

Results Announcement: 25 Oct 2025

The voting will be conducted exclusively for verified or eligible individuals who are already registered on the NAWA portal. Hence it is important for everyone to get registered on the NAWA portal. The representatives of the respective batches will have to play a crucial role to educate and sensitise everyone to register ASAP to avoid any issues in future.
